My Training Log to Dytmatize 100K Challenge
All I will be puttingmy log hear as I train for the Dymatize challenge.

2 colostrum pills
12:00 Homemade protein bars
Skills training day so worked different hand positions to improve to one arm pushups and wall walking
(Very sore from long hours at work and I had to walk home that was about 5 miles the night before)
Post workout was sweet potatoes ,fish and lentils had chia seeds before and after dinner for digestion
I am laying off supplements for a week or two then I will start again. Just testing this out.
