Too long ago. Only done raw from the floor and off blocks and speed in the suit. This needs to be remedied obviously as I need more practice. Heavy week next week with doubles at 85% so will do those from the floor geared.

Yeah possibly. Thanks.

Faz raises a good point and one which I have applied to squat and bench: I need to be in my gear more often. I have 4 more training weeks to apply this to deadlifts. Hope it's enough.
