Wed: Max Effort DL Day - 2/20/2013

I had high hopes of today but I knew very quickly that I'm going to barely muster up anything.

135x5 RDL
225x5 RDL
315x5 RDL
365x2 RDL
405x3 singles. They were pulling really slow I was trying to see if it was a fluke.
455x1
495x1 - Slow, clean but slow, I knew that this was my last set but I tried 525 afterwards and got 2 inches and just dropped it.



Time to take some time to heal.
