Those leg presses were for Kenn, thanks for urging me to get those numbers up! The 500 and 540 were a lot lighter than I expected - I've done them before & they weren't as smooth as today's reps. Strength is definitely there; no sticking points at all - thinking I'll try mult. sets of 540 x 10 next week.
420x1 deadlift came up smoothly as well - very satisfied as to how the strength gains are coming along. Next week, I'm doing three sets of five & those are usually tough for me...looking forward to`em!
