Yesterday i overslept so i had to get my chest routine completed in about 45 min. Burn baby burn!!
DB fly 4 x 10 (up to 85)
Superset with incline press 4 x 10 (up to 275)
Cable crosses 4 x 12 (up to 90)
Superset with Bench 4 x 12 (up to 405 x 4, then drop to 315 x 4)
Back into the 300 range with my weight and it feels much better than before. At first i was having those back aches, and no flexibility, sweating, out of breathe, etc
Now, it's much better. I still have back aches from time to time but nothing like before. It's good to still see some lines in my legs and vascularity here and there.
