Thanks guys. Easy chest day today. Going to give floor presses a try. Then either standing OHP, or seated dumbbell press. Leaning more towards the dumbbells due to some back sorness. Also going to do some light dumbbell flies as I think I can target the weak spot in my pec.

I cant wait to get back on the platform and make MAB proud.
