Major change Will be changing routine to 5x5 starting at 80%that was directed to me by a WC Power Lifter starting wednesday. 2 days of Bench Days@5x5 1 day squat and dead lift and the third is legs Routine Change: Wednesday's: bench 5x5 and triceps Friday's: squat and dead lift 5x5 leg press 4x10heavy Sunday's: bench 5x5 shoulders 3x3 Monday's: Leg work Dead Lift Warm up: barx10 135*3 225*3 315*3 Working: 385@ 5 singles 315 x10/5
