I think I'm getting sick. Lost like ~10lbs, sore throat, tired as fuck.

Squat
175kg x 3 x 2 beltless
Was supposed to do some more reps and sets, but I just "warmed up" to
220kg x 1 x 2 sets

These actually moved well so I was pleased.

Skipped downsets until I don't feel like a bag of smashed fucking assholes.

110kg x 2 x 3 sets

90kg x 10 x 3 sets
