2/18/13..Last wk I was so busy running I didnt take any supplements...No Prodigy/Paragon/ThermadeX.
Scale was down 3 lbs..Stress related/ improper diet...2/17/13 Diet was dead on...As well as today. I was shocked to say the least at today's numbers....
