ME Squat Day 17/2/13 AM

Trained twice today, once real early before breakfast and then in the evening, wifey got home all irritable, no way I was hanging around to hear that shit all night LOL. This morning was cambered squats with the red band, up to a new max and then repped triples after, followed by pull thrus, GHRs and abs. Legs were swoled up after this and I felt great.
