Sunday quick session
Back is still bothering me, hope it heals up before this comp. we will see, 2 week deload upcoming. Today was just an extra speed workout to loosen up

Jump rope
3 minutes

Sprints
10 sprints x 40-50 yards
Did not go all out, probably 90%

Then just did some recovery stuff. Time to heal
