i only get 5-6 hours sleep sometimes less and yes it can kill workouts i try to get moer but if the little one wakes up through the night she needs attending too but thats life, i agree with what everyone has said so far, if need to take a longer rest between sets take it but your conditioning will only improve over time if you train for conditioning, i cant give much advice but i am with you on the sleeping part.
