I REALLY needed to get some squat work in. This was pretty heavy, but not ridiculous. I feel like I haven't squatted in ages, but it's only been 2 weeks. The point of me going and the reason for the lack of work is that this is the last heavy squat day for Brian, Clint, and Adam. I was there more to help than worry about myself. The last set moved incredibly well considering it's 450 at the top,it was nice to hit some chains again.

This is Brian's opener and something near a second.





I will post Clint's and Adam's when they post them up.
