475 x wtf grinder - guess this just wasnt there today...

deadlift + 80lbs of chains

cut our deadlifts short - gotta let this hand heal up - blood blisters lol

man squat felt amazing - but bench sucked ass, deads are feeling okay. prolly just need a deload which is coming after wednesday.
