Wave 2 - Cycle 4 - Cycle 3's Squat Percentages
*Felt these more in my quads today for some reason. Not sure if it was my foot positioning or if the leg press machine was set up a little different?

*I was hoping to do Glute Ham Raises, I asked the "personal trainer" today if he could show me how to use the GHR machine, he said "the what machine" I said "GHR Machine" Still didn't know what I was talking about so I had to show him what I was talking about. I only see this guy on the weekends sometime so I don't think he really know what the hell a GHR is... Cause I'm pretty damn sure he only showed me how to do back extensions with it lol. Anyways could really feel them it my low back and a little bit in my hamstrings.
