Made a video log last night. But that **** won't upload,so instead of seeing how I am at 3 am after sqwats and Waffle House,I'm just gonna type it all out on my phone...blargy blargy.
Fri/Sat Feb 15th/16th Skwats n stuffs. Mental break. Worked maybe 5 high rep sets on low bar and front squats with 135. Drilled from over and over. Knees out! Hips forward! Chest up! Hopefully I can carry that over to heavy sets and new PRs.
Did some leg press,Romanians,leg curls,chest supported rows,and abs. 3 sets of each.
Nice little deload day,did good with no belt. Plus the place was empty! Alright,take care.
