Default End of Week 7

Took my creatine before the WO.
Kept a good pace and broke a sweat. Still feeling out this set up but it went well.
Weather is awesome. Trained in a t-shirt in the garage.

Press/Chins went fine.
Set pins for squats one notch lower than for my "heavy" session. Trying to build strength at a deeper ROM.
RDLs were more like grip training! That's ok, gonna need it!
Started CGBP with +20 vs. last week. Too big a jump so dropped to 105.
Prison Rows were stronger and more explosive each set.

So, here's my dilemma...next week is week 8 and was going to be a deload. However, I lightened Week 6 and today's lighter WO was also a concession to my current recovery limits... I don't think I will take the deload next week since I feel good now and should be more than ready to go on Monday...
