Wave 1 - Cycle 4
*Remembered my goal for wave 3 this cycle is a 110lb OH Press so, figured I'd do a couple singles of 105 to get me ready for it.
4 sets of 6,6,6,3 @ BW
DB Hammer Curls
4x10 w/ 20lb Dumbbells
*First time doing Hammer Curls, these felt great! Had a nice pump going and just had to do a 4th set.
3x10 w/ 10lb Dumbbells
Good workout today, had a good pump in every exercise, even though I'm training for strength..+
Today is also my 9 month mark.
