ain't that the truth. on another forum, there are occasionally some lean, muscular guys who make panic threads because they binged for 1 meal. when they describe what they ate, it's not even that bad, like maybe putting them in the 3,000 calorie range. they truly believe that their cut is completely ruined, that they've lost all their conditioning, and that they are now fat, lazy, and out of shape. all because of 1 binge meal lol.
