This guy is a beast and funny too.


There's 3 videos to this. He first benched up to 600, then close grip up to 505, and finished with Incline to 505 all in the same workout. Amazing. I didn't realize at first, but he's the guy who held the bench press world record at 711 lbs since the 90s. Still considered the best drug free bench presser of all time. I need to do more googling of old school powerlifters!
