I hit yesterday upper body with 10 x 10 sets of bench press as follow:

1/ 255 x 10
1/ 265 x 10
3/ 275 x 10
1/ 270 x 10
2/ 265 x 10
2/ 260 x 10

...and today I hit the squat rack (5 x 5 @ 405) with 3 sets of 20 hip thrusters @ 225lbs. Short day but I'm getting close and don't want to get hurt. Still have Saturday and Sunday and then rest, stretch and watch my weight...
