Decline HS press-- 270x6/250x6/ 230x6/ 180x8
Machine shrugs-- 270x15x 5 sets
seated lat raises-- 30x8x 3 sets
hammer curl press-- 30x10x 3 sets

great workout today, had to rush as i got a late start and had to get to class... but had an awesome one!!
