Squat night

Given that I've been anxious about squatting...my shoulder wasn't cooperating so switched to fronts and yoke bar...death...just plain ole death

Front squat
Bar x warm up
95x5
135x5
185x4

Yoke bar (speed work @ 50-70%)
Bar x warm up
170x3
260x3x4 sets
280x3
300x3
320x3(a real gasser...)

Note: each set was done with minimal rest time, just long enough to add the weight aka death...lol
