Running back and fourth to hospital, 2.5 hr drive one way. I'm getting in my AM cardio before we hit the road, then when we get home running to the gym to blast a body part or 2, then more cardio...
Work called....I will have to run payloader next wk, no running to down to see the grand babies... work sounds like it will pick back up by Mid March.
My game plan when it picks up, will be to get a memebership at the gym close to where I work.
As of now, I'm staying home tomorrow, no travel so I will get my days/journal in order!
