Squat (prescribed reps)
Solid, felt a lot better than last week.
Speed Box Squat (1 extra level)
90+blue bands x3x8 sets
Felt fast and explosive. Tweaked my box squat form a little and really drove up with my hips whilst still keeping my back nice and tight. Felt good.
The box we use has a basic box then three smaller pieces to increase the height so for this I put it up by one extra level.
Wanted to do this for fun. It didn't go very well. I'll go back to RDLs next week.
Barbell Reverse Lunges
Good session, pleased with the squats.

As a football specific suggestion. I would start doing some incline dumbbell presses. Much like the punch you do on the football field. A big punch is a huge asset on the field.
Thank you for your continued help man, I've actually done these a bunch of times recently, it's just a pain trying to balance anterior and posterior work on upper body days. I'll definitely throw them in though.

A bunch of my friends like football anyway, so it's not too bad - I do like pissing them off by calling association football 'soccer' though!
