scoop and a half seems about right for me as well; it's about the right amount of caffeine for me - 225mg if my math is right.
felt some slight B.A. tingles today, not that they bother me anyway.
noticed being less fatigued and winded between sets of deadlifts today - 415lb for my top-end(last) set was easier than 405 a couple weeks ago.
feeling very confident i can get to at least 430 soon
