275x10 That's definitely a PR. I've lifted more than the 1RM that suggests, but never repped out that much.
I went ahead with the Power Clean + OHP combo. It worked well.
Strict Chins, focus on squeezing the back hard as f#$% during the full ROM.
Out of the gym in 35 minutes. That's gotta be a PR as well. At least for a completed workout.
The combo lift was difficult, but repeatable any day of the week. The very last rep was tough, and form may have been slightly less than ideal, but no body english. I hope I can smash deadlift like this day after tomorrow. I need a mental boost on my deads, they feel stagnant.

Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.
Listen and learn. Absorb everything you can, and assimilate that knowledge.
