EAT!!!!! You aren't going to get fat by eating a few pancakes one day. You get fat by eating 2 large pizzas for dinner every night for 3 years, washed down with a gallon of chocolate milk. And even then, if you're lifting, you'll get huge instead of fat. If you were 100 pounds heavier, then you might think about just eating cleanly. But until you hit 250+, just keep on trucking.
