You are headed down a bad (unhealthy) path right now worrying about your abs and calories at your age and weight.
You need to add muscle, get fit and healthy.
Right, so I shouldn't be eating above maintenance,and just eat until I'm full?
I never usually get hung up on abs, its just I looked as if I was gaining weight, and If I carried on that way I wouldn't achieve my goals.
