Nice to see you're actually lifting something nowadays! J/K

I love the name Ripskulls! I have done them too, but lying tricep extension just sort of lays there in the training log. Lacks meaning, sort of a wimpy name. Now Ripskulls, I put that in the old log and it sings a lift that is getting it done!

Not kidding.
