So I got my Texas Deadlift Bar!!!
I wasn't going to lift today cause I was so tired, but I actually got a 30minute ish nap
! Got up and figured I'd fool around a little. started with 135 for 5 and it was like nothing at all! Decided then I'm PRing something today! I'm counting this a a deadlift workout for this week, but I'll do this weeks actual routine next week. But I might drag it out an extra week or two since I already got the week 16 Pr
. So no real workout just fun deadlifting action!!!!!!!!!
