Monday's bench work.....
i was just tryin somethin here. each time i touch a specific weight it always feels lighter when i hit it the second time around so i tried not to get too many reps on the first set and pushed the second a little harder. seem to work for me......and my chesticles are really sore today not that it means anything to be sore but i like it.
Speed bench w/green bands
slow down and explode as fast as possible. i really like these but haven't done them much so i might make them a staple for my bench workout. usually i have always done reverse bands and pushed some heavier weight or used boards but i believe this will help increase my #'s a little better.
