I'm trying to perfect my "kipping" deadlift, but I'm afraid my vegan when people are looking diet is slowing down my gains. Any advice on how I can get the energy to do 42 sets of 50 on this maneuver without eating any real food? Also, what do I need to train so that I can do all my exercises one handed, leaving my other hand free to snap instagram photos of myself?
