i have been out of commission since last thrusday, when i woke up my lower back was killing me, i had a hard time even moving around... all weekend was horrible... well fast forward to Monday, woke up feeling better, not 100% but better... i went ahead and did my leg workout yesterday, it was good but i skipped squats as i was unsure as to how my lower back would react.. feeling better but still in pain
