Thanks guys, pec is feeling fine. I was just tight in the shoulders yesterday after squatting on Friday and benching on Monday. I try to do nothing that makes the pec feel uncomfortable. Watching the video its funny seeing how fast the reps are, but knowing how it feels in my hands. Still a lot of mental barriers to get over. Pec is tight today, and my tris are smoked from the push downs. Going to do some curling and some rear delts today as my training partners jump in their bench shirts.
