Hey. I'm a girl. I heard you needed more of us on this forum.

I'm a busy girl. So I don't have a lot of time for posting but I'm going to keep a training log here as a help for motivation.

Feedback is welcome. Main goals are to trim up my backside and thighs and show some muscles (visible abs would be great) by losing some bodyfat.

My current eating plan is what my husband tells me. High protien and low carb with a carb refeed.
