Monday - 2/11 [ upper power ]
Inc. bench: 240x5, 260x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5
Db. rows: 95x5x5
Under.hnd grip pulldowns: 130x2x11
Hoist machine, seated bench: 230x11, 250x11
Db Curls: 40lbs x 20, 50x10, 45x10
Tate press, Db's: 35x3x10
-tastes like Tang
-no overstim feeling ( 1 scoop )
-pump seemed stronger than usual
-had more "torque" during sets of bench press - seemed like i was able to push harder
-less winded between sets: we'll see tomorrow as DL's tend to wipe me out pretty good.
