1x10 dumbbell skull crushers (felt funny in shoulder, so didnt do anymore)
pretty solid day, pec didnt feel all that great though. Could really tell at 275 it was loaded. Thinking next week I will do seated military press to take a week away from benching.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
