2/11: 1 scoop in 10 ounces of water on accessory day
Going in to this workout, energy levels felt okay, but I slept quite crappily last night and had been walking around with a mental fog. Immediately after I foam rolled and jumped rope, I attempted a barbell complex. Everything felt heavy and I felt god awful. Energy was severely lacking today, so where I lacked in energy, I made up in volume work
After I couldn’t even complete one round of the barbell complex, focus went out the window. I got in to my own head, felt terrible and was in a piss-poor mood. Luckily it was just an accessory day. I basically went through today’s workout on auto pilot. Hopefully tomorrow will be better
Slight pump in the rear delts after high rep reverse pec deck work. Triceps had a decent pump from dips and skullcrushers. Best pump of the day was in biceps and forearms after high rep curls with Fat Gripz.
