I am both excited and scared at the same time. Totally new territory for me. I have never trained with someone else, he is pretty intense to boot. I have never worked this type of training, so it is new. I hope I can push enough weight to make this effective. I also need to get my mind behind the fact that I do not need to be calorie obsessed for the next six weeks. All of this is new to me.
