DC = DoggCrapp Training - developed by Dante Trudel. Employs 1 working set per body part at 80-90% of 1RM for 6-8 reps and then 3 - 4 rest pause sets to follow. Deads, Rows and squats are done as straight sets but may employ 20 rep sets, again as heavy as possible. It is a essentially an A/B split, allowing each body part to be hit three times in a two week period. It is lower volume, but higher frequency. My training partner for the next 6 weeks wants to give it a go, It looks interesting , so we are going to try it out.
