Didn't hit what I was hoping but I did make up for it kind of.
Bench - 140, 170, 205, 240 x5;
275x3 - Had the PL buddies there, I felt uneven and I did in fact load off center and ended up starting to cramp in hammy.
Another 275x3 - This time I set up right, but my left wrist started falling back so it was more work than it should have been. I was hoping to get a straight 5 but I guess 2 triples at 275 is alright for me.
BB Row - 110, 140, 165, 195, 225x5 - On this I started losing grip pulling so hard on 225, did my 5 not as explosive as I liked.. got my straps and did a second 225x5.
Floor Press - 145, 155, 165x8
Pull Downs - 130, 150, 170x8 - Dropped these a little bit, I want to make sure I have good control with my lats. I can pull 200 but it's not as good as I want.
Flies - 135, 150, 195x8 - Added these in to help stretch the right shoulder.. doesn't hurt hurt but I can feel it still. Got a good stretch and contraction on pecs too.
Overall I'm happy, really wanted to see a 275x5 but form is starting to break down at rep 3. Going to still progress but need to see what I can switch up.
