Today is big lifts again pretty much like Friday but going for 5 on bench. The bench I had was bent or the concrete wasn't proper because my left leg couldn't stay into the ground. I don't know if it was just me or what but the whole bench felt weird. Now that I think about it, there was a supporting beam about 4 foot away on that side that it felt weird on.. could have been it.
