Great work Chad! Sounds like you had a fun time at the parade! Strong work! For your bench, you might want to use something like I'm doing. I'll try and find the link, it's Miked96 bench routine. I use it for bench and military and my strength has gone way up. It's 5 sets for 3 reps.
