Day A again , almost skipped because I carries a heavy ice chest all over at a parade yesterday . I had one handle in one band and a beer ice chest in the other so it was basically farmers walks with about 40 lbs in each hand.
Traps and fore arms were on fire but even my glute's were sore from it.
Warmed up on the elliptical for 5 min
225x5x2 +10 lbs
225x7 +2 reps will add 10 lbs next time
Bent over row , pendlay style but from # 2 pin at 45 deg angle
230+5 x 5,5,10 will add 5 lbs next time
225x5,4,4. Lost a rep on second set , maybe because I did not have wife help on lift off . Could also be from row adding weight. Either way I will stay here next time
145+50 x 12,15,20. Adding to these a little at a time
Ez bar curls
80x12x3 will work this weight to 15 reps then move up
Ez bar rip skulls on decline bench
Decline bench sit ups
Great workout even though I thought I would not have one .
I think since bench is a lift that you have to stay tight on and 3 reps seems to be the most I stay tight on , I might start doing 5 sets at 3 reps for these . Chest will get hypertrophy work while on boat for higher reps. What do you guys think?
