Various warm ups and stretches, foam rolling, bench jumps

used the knee wraps for 2 sets, o my, what a difference!!!! Gonna take some getting used to, but awesome!!!

Standing cable crunch
80 x 25, then soooper cramp in my abs so didnt do last set.
