Met up with the 3D family at The Gym in Sacramento. Really really cool being around so many top athletes and just good people.

Incline Bench

Incline db press

Close grip bench
135 x 12, 225 x8, 8
These benches are not set up for normal sized adults...lift off hooks waaaaay too close to bench, very awkward.

One arm db row
100 x 10, 150 x 8, 8

Cable pushdown
60 x15, 15, 15, 15(30 sec rest between sets)

Standing calf raise
255 x 20, 295 x15, 15, 355 x 15, 15

Side db laterals
30s x12, 40s x 10, 10

Decent work...benches were weird but had an awesome time
