ME Squat Day
Today I did Anderson squats to pin 30 with 4 chains per side. I went to a max single but missed a PR attempt, not happy!! I then dropped down and did volume, working to a 4-5 RM. I finished with speed squats and then some back work. Not sure what to think about the miss, I did spend a long portion of the workout trying to setup the bar on my back so it didnít hurt my LH side, I still couldnít get a good position that didnít hurt a bit but it wasnít too bad. Will have a good crack at more squatting tonight.
