Thnaks Jim. Yeah, I didn't think I had major problems, but I do think it needs some massaging as I think it's ridiculous that I just squatted more than I ever deadlifted. I'll get it though! This is the year of the deadlift! 500 or bust! Fingers crossed of course.
Thanks JB! You're the best. You're not the first to tell me I need to pull the slack out of the bar and pull smoother off the floor. I don't know why that is so hard for me to do. I just default to ripping it off the floor and I think that gets me out of my best position right from the get go.
I'll work on that. We'll see what happens this week.
