Don't get frustrated with that form Mike because I thought it was very good. Definitely no glaring errors. There are likely fine points that more experienced guys like JB can point out, but really take pride in your good form and fine tune it.

Other than a recovery issue, I say just keep working hard and progress will come.

I also quite enjoyed that thud the iron makes when it hits the floor. awesome acoustics.
